1. From the How To Page

• Ensure you are on the "How To" page and reading the login tutorial instructions.
• Look for the "Loop Subscriptions" link, or locate the teal box available on any page of the website.

2. Click the Link to Request a Login

• Select the "Sign In" link from the teal box or the "Loop Subscriptions" link.
• This will direct you to the "Request Subscription Login Link" page.

3. Enter Your Email Address

• Provide the email address you used to place your order in the designated field.

4. Verify Your Email Address

• If the email address is incorrect or doesn’t match any subscription records, you will see a message saying, “No subscription records were found for this email.”
• Double-check and re-enter your email address if necessary.

5. Send the Login Link

• Once you’ve entered the correct email, click the button to send the login link.
• A confirmation message will appear, stating, “Mail sent successfully.”

6. Check Your Email for the Login Link

• Open your email inbox and look for an email from Laundry Lady with the subject containing "Magic sign-in link for Customer Portal"

7. Click the Login Link in Your Email

• Open the email and click the provided link to sign in.
• This will take you directly to your "Active Subscriptions" page.

8. Access Your Account
